Get on a Diet

My weight has recently increased so much, LOL. I can’t afford to neglect it any longer, so I’m starting a diet again.
I’ve tried both reducing my food intake and using appetite suppressants (like Phentermine), but personally, I didn’t feel much effect.
In the case of Phentermine, I felt a bit uncomfortable with palpitations and a heightened sense of alertness after taking it, which made me reluctant to continue.

 

As for appetite suppressants like Sibutramine, they didn’t really suppress my appetite, but rather made me not think about food. However, if I saw something delicious, my appetite came back, so it wasn’t effective for me.

As someone who has attempted dieting multiple times in the past, I ultimately believe that my own strong determination is the most important. So, with great resolve, I’ve embarked on this diet journey.

Current weight

Current weight : 94kg
My height is around 183 cm. Currently, my weight has shot up to a whopping 94 kg.

 

While this might be an appropriate weight for those in good shape, for me, it’s pure fat weight. My target weight is 80 kg.

Diet method

I plan to follow this diet for about a month. In my case, I tend to have an increased appetite whenever I eat something, so I prefer a method that allows for rapid weight loss in a short period and then maintaining a balanced diet.

 

For the duration of a month, I’ll completely stop regular meals and replace them with protein shakes, vitamins, bananas, and the like. After approaching my target weight, I’ll gradually reintroduce a regular diet alongside it.

I plan to do chin-ups, push-ups, and walking for exercise, and I started exercising today!
 
The reason for recording here is to keep my commitment to myself and serve as a monitor for a month.
I’ll be recording daily changes in weight and how each day goes for the next month.
